Tony "The Boss" Romano - A Well Regarded Member of Society. Not a Mob Boss.

Tony is definitely not a mid-tier crime boss and commands a medium amount of respect within his community. In his spare time, he helps old ladies cross the street, and takes pleasure in the enthusiastic application of corrective blunt force trauma to various problems that need correcting. Problems that maybe, for example, asked questions like "What kind of problems does a guy like Tony have?".

Abilities
Who's asking?

First Ability: "Nice Stuff, Shame if Something Were to Happen To It". Uh-oh. It looks like the enemy team didn't purchase Tony's protection plan. That's too bad. Upon activation Tony "notices" all of the enemy's nice stuff (Minions, guardians, shrines, enemy players, etc) within his line of sight. He won't do anything yet. He's just noticing them. This applies an "It'd be a shame..." marker. If Tony attacks a marked entity the mark is consumed, dealing additional damage, and granting Tony a few bonus souls that he uh... found.

Leveling this grants it reduced cooldown, increased damage, and grants the mark an execute on entities below 5-10% (somewhere in there?) max health.

Second Ability: "Hope You Weren't Using Those Kneecaps". Tony enjoys baseball, and has amassed quite a collection of bats over the years. Tony would love nothing more than to give the enemy team 1-on-1 time with a few of his favorites, he so enjoys sharing his hobbies with the less fortunate. On activation, Tony takes a bat out and gains a high-speed sprint. Tony runs so fast that the wind creates a curtain in front of him, blocking a percentage of incoming bullet damage. While running Tony can swing his bat, knocking impacted enemies away, and if they impact a wall they are briefly stunned. If Tony kills an enemy in this state he has a flashback to his high school baseball days, the duration of this ability is refreshed, and he is granted further move speed on top of the base sprint.

Leveling this grants it additional duration, reduced cooldown, and increased knockback on bat impact. Tony wants a home run.

Third Ability: "How Does He Get Away With It?". Tony never seems to face justice. His secret? He's meticulous about paying his taxes. Turns out, in the world of organized crime legitimate business, that's really all it takes. Upon activation, Tony gains a percentage of his maximum health as a shield, and removes any negative debuffs/CC effects from himself. If "Hope You Weren't Using Those Kneecaps" is on cooldown, the remaining cooldown time is significantly reduced.

Fourth Ability: "Meet the Boys" Tony has a lot of friends. He'd like to introduce you to a couple of them. Tony would tell you their names, but, to be honest, these aren't the smartest guys so it's probably best not to get too attached. Plus, Tony didn't bring them out here to talk. On activation, two of Tony's "Guys" come running in to help their boss man out. These boys will gamely shoot at anything Tony is attacking, and they'll follow him anywhere. They find Tony deeply inspirational, and receive healing if Tony uses "How does he get away with it" while the boys are up. Tony, in turn, loves having the boys around, and wants to show off, so he gets an attack speed boost while the gang is by his side. This ability can be activated a second time for Tony to send the boys off on their own down a lane, you might think of it as Tony abandoning his expendable goons to die, but Tony prefers to think of it as split pushing, but safely. (For Tony).

Leveling this grants the boys reduced cooldown, increased attack and reload speed, at max rank the boys passively apply "Nice Stuff Shame if Something Were to Happen To It" to everything in a large AOE around them.

As valued members of the community, Tony appreciates any and all honest feedback that we might have for him. You can submit any complaints directly to John "Eyeball Eater" Jameson in HR, who will be sure to process them in the order they are received.
