A stout, bug eyed fish-man in a striped suit and a fedora. Talks like a mix between a sicilian mobster and a frog. Wields a thompson machine gun. His movements sound wet.
Concept
Mob enforcer from an immigrant community which happens to worship a lovecraftian god. Bloodfin gets stronger the more damage he takes.
Ability 1 - Vendetta
Bloodfin fires a knifelike shard of blood in a line in front of him. Bloodfin's next Vendetta attack increases in damage as Bloodfin recieves damage. Accumulated damage resets upon use.
Ability 2 - Serrated Bullets
When this ability is toggled, Bloodfin replaces his regular bullets with serrated bullets. When toggled on, Bloodfin takes a flat amount of damage everytime he fires a bullet, and in return his bullets cause a bleed debuff to build up on enemies. When the bleed builds up fully, effected targets take a burst of damage and continue taking damage over time for as long as they are moving.
Ability 3 - Blood in the Water
Active: Bloodfin slithers low against the ground, moving in a straight line before throwing an uppercut which knocks up any enemies in front of him. Counts as a light melee.
Passive: Bloodfin gains attack speed amd spirit resist based on the percentage of max HP he is missing
Ultimate
Bloodfin calls upon the help of the Old Godfather. After Bloodfin finishes channeling his prayer, enemies in a cone in front of Bloodfin will be rooted and take damage equal to a portion of their current HP.
