Toggle zoom charge bebop's laser and occasionally unzooms

- Toggle zoom seems to behave strange, sometimes it will not zoom in/out while other times it will zoom twice in a row.
- Bebop's laser doesn't charge while using toggle zoom

Can confirm. Bebop's gun will still wind up if you HOLD the aim button, but that defeats the purpose of having the Toggle Zoom option toggled on.
