When I purchase Extended Magazine first, and later Titanic Magazine, I only get 6% weapon damage from the complete item instead of 12%. This 6% comes from Extended Magazine, and therefore, no extra weapon damage from the upgrade.
However, when I purchase entire Titanic magazine at one (i.e. without purchasing Extended Magazine first), I get 12% weapon damage as expected.
Edit: I later found this to be the case with Escalating Resilience's weapon damage too. To me it appears that all Extended Magazine upgrades are bugged.
