Time zones of ranked games

Hello, I would like to talk about an issue with the time zones for ranked games. I live in the Far East of Russia, and my account is marked as European, but I always play on Japanese servers (with a ping of 30). It seems that I could just enter the Asian region command citadel_region_override 2, and my problems would be solved, but my account, marked as European, has playtime for ranked games only from 00:00 to 06:00. Why, with a time zone of UTC+10, am I playing at the same times as people in Moscow (UTC+3)? Most people in my area are already asleep at this time. After the introduction of restrictions on games for Russians only with Russians, the search already takes up to 30 minutes, and now I can only play ranked games at night.

You can find ranked games? What a lucky man, even at the evening where most of us are playing queue times of unranked are taking ~1hour to find. I still remember my first time where i tried to find a game of ranked for 3h, gave up and went to sleep
