Time limit to report expired. Player must be reported within 1 hour.

There currently is a time limit of an hour after a match ends in which players can be reported.

I like to do my due diligence before reporting suspicious players by investigating the demo/replay, but I don't always immediately have time to revise it. Often it is a case of a benefit of a doubt, but it is upsetting when there is compelling suspicion of a player cheating, and they cannot be reported any longer.

Though a deliberate limitation, would it be possible to allow for more time for diligent people?

Just ran into this problem, had a game against a Haze with suspiciously high dps, but not blatant enough to report straight away. Checked the replay after the session and I am now much more confident that they are aimbotting and wallhacking, but the window had already expired. If we can no longer report cheaters in Discord or on the forums, I think the window needs to be larger (at least specifically for reporting cheaters).

I noticed this yesterday. Yesterday some guy ragequit in the first 2 minutes of the game after dying in lane and instantly abandoned. I forgot to report him for leaving match and went and played a couple more games. By the time the end of my session came around I was checking back on previous games and tried to report him for leaving and no dice. Not sure why this limitation exists at all. It's especially terrible if it doesn't let you report cheaters because like OP I will almost always check the demo at the end of a play session to see if anything blatant was going on before reporting it and this time limitation basically means you have to make bullshit uninformed reports like 90% of the playerbase probably already does instead of doing your due diligence.

If you think about it shouldn't a late report on a game that has been over for like 12+ hours be more reliable and less likely to be false than a ragereport made in the moment while passions and butthurt are running high. It's strange that the system would prioritize what are much more likely to be lower quality reports than otherwise.

Overwatch from Counter-Strike would be an amazing feature.

Wouldnt help the OP's case specifically, but at least reporting people would likely land them in the sights of the players specifically dedicating some of their time on that kind of investigation.
