Call it Magnificent Soar (or something).
Basically majestic leap and gain like 80% dodge chance while airborne or, since dodge doesn't exist yet just give it a passive to give a similar effect with more complicated wording like, Gain 80% chance to negate damage while in air every 0.nothing seconds.
Since this is a movement item, not survivability item we can add a condition to the passive/active to only works while you are faster than your walk speed (and you are airborne of course).
Another possible condition is "as soon as you walk or sprint", As in you can slide of roofs to keep your buff active.
But doesn't that make targets that are already hard to hit even harder to hit?
Yes, because I think that skill should be rewarded.
