Pretty easy to reproduce, if you hop up to this location on either team's side of the map you can place turrets up on the lightning spire area (which I believe is intended), however if you look out towards the lanes and aim downward you can throw turrets straight above the collision on top of the map where the turrets will sit and plink away without taking any damage over time.
