Thick Skull, T2 crit reducer upgrade to Plated Armor

I just want my headshot helmet item and nothing builds into plated yet

This feels a little too weak actually. If someone is spamming headshots on you repeatedly, only reducing one of them might not be enough (definitely works better against someone like Holiday). IMO, for one idea, this could maybe function like plated armor where it's a % chance to have the crit reduction, but I'm not sure if that's what you're going for.
