i large beast looking monster that has the head of a crocodile and a large body, on the day the laylines opened he came into this world and man is he HUNGRY for everything from spirits to dejin anything magic he wants to eat.

Ability 1: Nashing mouth: a cone aoe that hits 1 once at level 1 that can hit reg souls and if any souls are hit in the cone it increases the base spirit damage by +3? (could be lower or higher), at level 2 it can hit twice, 3 it decreases spirit resist on anyone it hits, at level 3 if the target in the cone of attack is a hero the ability hits 4 times

Ability 2: Veil Stalker: a ability where you can teleport to any Ghost Cubby (those locations where there are the cosmic veils with spirits standing in front of them) once tp'ed he gains a invis for a period of time, level 2 any attack done while in invis increases attack power (this applys to veil walker), level 3 longer invis timer

Ability 3 (passive): Soul Asylum: the more souls the player carries the more stacks of this buff the user gets (this idea is to have a character who wants to hold onto all there souls for as long as possible), not sure about how to make this fair as i could see it easily being op so i will leave this one

Ultimate: Cosmic Devourer: a large spectral croc head froms from his body as he dashes to where he is looking when he presses the ult dealing heavy damage and knock back maybe stun if they hit a wall?, level 2 he gets a second dash, level 3 more damage and a trail of a slow effect behind the ult

this is inspired by dehaka from hero's of the storm
 
The second ability should do something else, and then do something extra if used on a veil. Having an ability that only works on a veil is a bit restricting

The third ability is a little too out of the box. Not saying you cant make it work, but theres a lot of balancing issues that need to be considered. Ive never seen an ability that interacts with ur soul/gold count this way. And thats prbly for good reason. Its not fun playing a hero that actively discourages you from buying items.

Cool hero. But I do think there needs to be a little more synergy with the whole kit. The ult and the 1 combo together decently, but the rest of the kit feels a little discordant.
But thats just my opinion

well dehaka (the inspiration) has a mechanic where he gathers more stuff as he kills characters/mobs and also i feel like it was a cool idea obviously im not sure how to balance it but i wouldnt say its hard since holding more souls for a better effect means that you ether sack your souls and buffs for a 6k or 4k item or keep that much and live off of smaller purchases (late game would be a different story) and in general how broken it is depends on what it gives you, the second ability i can agree with maybe it could be something else i just felt like a hero who uses those veils would be neat
