The shaders absolutely need to be redone

I dunno whoever made the mats for the models and whatnot but ever since they got changed and the preloading was added, it's been crashing games at either startup or at the prematch lobby.

Somewhere along the line between the graphics updates, something went horribly wrong. I can only attribute it to something fucking up with the preloading and/or the shaders themselves.
