If you open the watch matches menu, then click the "Search by match ID" button, then press escape without interacting with it. and then open the player stats menu, the matchmaking menu, the news menu, the learn to play menu, or the voting menu. or if you reopen the watch menu, the dialog box will remain until its dismissed (including between all of these menus). (it will also stick around if you activate the bug, go to the sandbox and come back.)
