The opposite of increased ammo

I like the concept of trade-off upgrades (ones that come with a negative effect) since they require more thoughtful upgrading and bigger potential for counter-play.

My idea for an item is just the opposite of the increased ammo items, in other words, a decrease in reload time in exchange for a decrease in ammo capacity. The exact values would take careful consideration. Since the decrease in ammo capacity would be a percentage, characters with already small magazines like Haze and Geist will not feel much of a difference in their ammo but find that reloading mid-fight is less punishing.
