If the opponent is too good at the game, hacking, abusing shotgun headshot booster combo, or you have a big-ass dome (seven, mo n krill), this item will allow laning phase to be significantly less painful, and in mid-game to late protect you from across the map vindictas, or other combos that would seek to guarantee headshots.

I've read a concept similar to this long ago, and my point remains the same. Hard pass, especially for the upgrade that has a free mini debuff remover that works while stunned for some reason.
