This argument is stupid, getting people to complain about the bad things is WHY the game is released in alpha by the devs. You guys do know this is a invite only alpha game right?

No one fits.. have you seen yamato or viscous? They dont check hero ideas forum, they dont check bug report forum ))) Vyper is worst hero i ever saw, just totaly braindead and visually doesnt even fit this deadlock world.
Yamato is kinda fine, sort of cyberpunk samurai with old fashion , but viscous yep. From new heroes calico is very good made visual, other total trashNo one fits.. have you seen yamato or viscous?
Ah yes cyberfunk samurai in 1950s new york. All the characters are getting remodels and redesigns so complaining about visuals when characters like sinclair dont even have a face yet just seems stupid to meYamato is kinda fine, sort of cyberpunk samurai with old fashion , but viscous yep. Ahhh thats how it goes... Yea sure bro , you can bring any trash , with any abilities, any balance , any models , its Alpha anyway. all i wanna say that there is big difference between first heroes and last added starting from mirage. Its like other team is working now, that totaly clueless....All the characters are getting remodels and redesigns
Honestly these are all pretty valid concerns, but I'm not sure all of them fit into Deadlock's hero design. For me, This one and Vyper doing insane damage isnt an issue. Its how soon into the game they can do it while also being very difficult to pin down due to hi mobility.
Typically, a powerful burst mage (sinclare) or a hyper carry assassin (vyper) start the game very very weak. They should be bulliable in lane and struggle to fight opponents making them focus more on survival and last hitting.
Burst mages also typically have little too no DPS, with the spectral assistant, Sinclairs is actually really really hi. In test i was able to hit stupid numbers on the dumby. Then on top of this, burst mages tend to also have lower mobility but some control. Or some mobility and 0 control. Sinclair has both. Essentially, the issue isnt that sinclair does so much damage, but that he has 0 weaknesses.
Same for Vyper. From the start, she can dish out heavy damage that allows her to bully in lane opponents with massive mobility making it super oppressive while also scaling into late game and being able to do 800+dps.
If vyper is meant to be a lane bully then her bullet scaling should be hot garbage. So she starts strong and falls off mid game as people start getting resistances and hp.
If she is meant to be a hyper carry, she should start the game with hot garbage stats and very low mobility making her have to play safe in lane or get easily killed over and over, shutting her late game down.
So once again, its not her damage but that she doesn't have weaknesses. Her being "squishy" simply isnt enough.
Vex should be doing the amount of damage it currently does but only to a hexed target. Getting hit for 1k while not hexed while also having spirit resist is silly. But he isnt the only one that does damage like this. Talon can also put out damage numbers like this. But, Talon is easier to kill.Honestly these are all pretty valid concerns, but I'm not sure all of them fit into Deadlock's hero design.
I mean, look at Wraith. She has high mobility (Teleport), high burst damage (cards), and builds particularly well into high sustain (strong gun that sustains well with 1 or 2 bonus ammo items).
I do agree that Sinclair feels like his burst doesn't have a sufficient drawback for the strength of mobility and control that he has. I think his Hexing bolt should probably apply a debuff to targets hit that increases spirit damage taken or something, but also have a decent hit to it's base damage. I feel like he has too much burst especially considering the Rabbit hex increases damage taken.
Vyper has had her bullet damage substantially rebalanced and I think she's in a much better spot. She should probably have some better scaling on her Spirit damage (since I don't think Spirit damage is a viable build for her) but besides that I think Vyper is in a good spot now.
