the leaver penalties system penalizes people with crashing/connection issues

it has happened to me multiple times that the game crashes on game start and my game will refuse to open due to it verifying game integrity for a long time, causing me to either not be able to return to the game i was in or return very late. this is even worse on top of the horrible penalty system and low prio being given to me and many others for something we cant control

It also seems to be penalizing people who struggle to connect to the game too. Twice today I've had a long loading screen, symbol spinning and freezing periodically only to return to the lobby with no notifications or messages to be said. When I try to queue up for another match I get a message that I am now temporarily banned. The first was 10 minutes and now 2 hours. WHY? Breaks my heart, who do we contact? How do I clarify?

so I was having connection issues to the game servers. I got disconnected more than five times and Got a temporary ban After playing one other game.it was Happening Every minute after the first disconnected from the match

had this happen to me and another party member couple of mins ago. both having cloud issues and couldn't connect we both had top restart our desktops while our other party members waited in the loading screen. lobby closed came back tried to start another game and I'm the only one with a temp ban but this game breaking and happening to a lot of people hopefully they are aware and fixing this issues.
