The green thumbs up for new players doesn't appear.

This is my first time playing and as such I got a prompt when choosing heroes that they'd mark the suggested ones with a green thumbs up but it seems they do not. That is of course unless I've done something wrong which is always possible. All I did was close the prompt.

seems to have accidentally been removed in the most recent major update

I see the thumbs ups now in the learn to play section, not in the normal hero swap though.
