When I walk, especially, the corners, stair edges, and the sides of the road or lane start to look pixelated, which really strains my eyes. This issue appeared after the update.
The new lighting is weird for me too, but I think some graphical settings might have been reset for you?
Try with antialiasing settings and upscaling settings
