The Ferryman:
(Ghostly Ferryboat Captain)

Weapon – Soul Lantern:
Ghostly lantern that fires a beam of ethereal light.
40 Ammo, 10 Bullets Per Second, 6.3 Bullet Damage, 2.35 Reload Time, 500 m/s Bullet Velocity.
Primary: Beam, Medium Range (40-45m Damage fall off)
Secondary: Wide Beam/Scattershot (Fires 10 beams in a cone, costing 1 ammo per beam, and having a Rate of Fire of 1s) Short Range (25-30m Damage fall off)

Blast From Beyond: Drains 3% of your current souls each second you channel, up to 3s. You release a 1.5m radius blast in the direction you're aiming over 1s when you stop channeling, dealing 90 +1 spirit damage per soul consumed to enemies over its duration. Damaged enemies are turned ethereal for 3s, becoming bullet immune, disarmed, and their spirit resist/MS is reduced by 30%.
80m Range, 22s CD.
LvL 1: Your bullets can hit ethereal enemies.
LvL 2: -6s CD.
LvL 5: +2% Souls drained per second.

Spirit Form: Transforms you into a soul with 25m per second fly speed for 5s. Other souls within a 10m radius of you will follow/orbit you, and their lifetimes are extended by 5s. If you are shot/collide with a surface, you transform back, and the shooter gain +15 souls.
2 Charges, 1s CD, 25s Charge Replenish.
LvL 1: +6 Soul MS.
LvL 2: +1 Max charge.
LvL 5: Deals 100 spirit damage in a 5m radius when Spirit Form ends.

Soul Excision: (Passive) Your bullets have a 20% chance to pull 1 soul out of heroes, and 5% chance on creeps. When you shoot a soul, it explodes, dealing 30 spirit damage in a 3m radius.
LvL 1: +20 Explosion damage.
LvL 2: +1.5m Explosion radius.
LvL 5: +1 Soul excised.

Guiding Light: Creates a ghostly lighthouse at the target spot, which continuously emits a 2m wide, 5-10m tall, 60 long line of light in the direction the lantern's facing for 6s. The lighthouse rotates the direction its facing, completing a full rotation ever 1.5s, and dealing your bullet damage at your rate of fire to enemies touching the light.
45m Range, 75s CD
LvL 1: Damaged enemies suffer 50% bullet miss chance for 0.3s.
LvL 2: +4s Duration.
LvL 5: +25% Light radius.
 
Turning your souls into damage is genuinely an interesting idea. Well all of this is super unique and cool and plays with the mechanics in fun ways. This really sounds awesome!
