Notice that the Vexing Bolt coming from the Assistant (ignore the first attempt) comes out a bit later, being casted during the return of the flick. I flicked and casted at the upper part of the building, but the echo is heading towards the vehicles, despite the fact that I aimed my initial bolt at the top of the building.
