Functionally I think the game could use a few more neutral objectives. Instead of the left and right tier 3 camps next to lane I think there should be a neutral objective that spawns at 12 minutes called the bouncers. It should spawn on one of the sides randomly. These are mini boss style objective camps containing 1 big bouncer and 2 smaller bouncers. These are mib style ailens that are wearing suits and have a range where if aggroed they will attack you. if you kill a bouncer a rejuv style crystal drops. killing a mini bouncer and meleeing its crystal gives you 1 teleporter ticket, killing the big bouncer and punching its crystal gives your team 60 second teleporter access. killing all 3 ups your team tp time to 90 seconds (or 2 minutes balance dependant). What I mean by teleporters are the older tps that were under walkers and on the left and right lane in between both sides behind the tier 3 camp. This objective will encourage team fights and will give a sizeable map control benefit to the winning team. I always loved the tps but they were too strong and let you have bad macro. by making them an objective i think it still allows that fun feeling they initially had without them being a no consequence resource.
