The Ability Cancel Key Mode setting is missing

After the patch, the Ability Cancel Key Mode option disappeared from the settings. I used different variations of skill canceling — both through the cancel button on SPACE and through the ability button — and it was convenient. After the patch, this option is gone. How can I get it back, or what happened to this setting?
