textures are broken

graphics card is up to date (deadlock cant recognize it though). some models are fine (player characters, npcs, etc), most are not.

mine still gets the same error but after investigating i discovered my gpu does not support the actual current version, it stays behind by one version. Dont know why this visual issue though but some others have mentioned about this too
