texture blue bug on kepler gpu

happen in both dx11 and vulkan it happen specialy on kepler gpu's
I know it's an old gpu but to make it compabitle with those gpu will make many player from poor country coming to this game since it's not hard to run
i run it on :
asus prime b450 mk ii
r5 3500x
gtx 650 ti -gtx 780
8gb ram
ssd (not nvme m.2)

The Kepler GPU's are from 2012, old enough to be entering high school next year.

Keep in mind that supporting outdated hardware requires taking away a monumental amount of development time and resources from other tasks. It gets significantly harder when even the company that manufactured that GPU dropped support and stopped shipping driver updates long ago.
