Testers/Players leaving middle of the battle

Getting really sick of this that people leave middle of the battle, i think there should be some kind of consequences if doing that, like 1 hour cooldown before you can queue again or just kick from the testing cause thats not cool, it's not fun, ruins the game and testing... i mean if you join for testing and having bad game makes you ruin it for everyone else then testing might not be for you.

Any toughts?
