There is currently a bug with tesla bullets that causes the consecutive shocks deal 45 damage instead of 40 (only the first target takes 40).
Capacitor has an opposite bug that causes it deal less damage on consecutive shocks, dealing only 40, while dealing 50 shock damage to the first target.
This means that against groups of multiple enemies Capacitor actually deals LESS damage than tesla bullets, even though the text says it deals 10 more.
