terrible jittering

every game i play i get around 70 ping but for whatever reason 70% of the games i play i get terrible fucking jittering it genuinely ruins my mood and kills any and all motivation for me to play the game anymore i just keep rubber banding every 10 seconds around the map and i look top right it says everything a-ok that im not having any network connectivity problems and it eats me alive i cannot play like this anymore and theres seemingly no fix for it that i know ive restarted my connection multiple times but to no avail used cmd commands to maybe fix something also to no avail i just want a way to fix this problem i think this also happens more commonly when i play at night also idk what is up with that either
