Hi there.
I have been given a two hour ban due to me disconnecting from a match. My power went out and my internet did not come back up for about 5-10 minutes after the surge. As soon as I could, I reconnected and finished the match.
I am not understanding this system. I should not be punished for something that is out of my control.
Not sure anything can be done about it, but wanted to at least address this.
