Temporary ban after internet went down. Then received another, even longer (2hr) ban after timer reset.

Happened again yet again today. This is the error I get 90% of the time the game crashes for me
then steam gets stuck doing nothing at this state
verifying files gets stuck the same way at 0%
Eventually after restarting my computer and steam a couple times it will eventually verify and find nothing wrong, or download a small amount of data ranging from 100kilobytes to a few megs.
I reconnected twice but the match became an abandon after the 2nd crash
It takes so long to go through this process that the match becomes almost always becomes abandoned. Which is resulting in more and more severe bans. This wasnt happening when I was playing the game earlier last year, but there are a lot of post referencing this issue lately.
This is the only game where I have any issue like this even with other valve source engine 2 games

Started loading into a game as Graves, game crashed while waiting for everyone else to load. Was able to launch and reconnect fairly quickly, but in the top right corner it said the match "was not scored and was safe to leave" in a green box. It DID NOT say the game was abandoned but everyone still disconnected because the game told everyone it was safe to leave. This match was not saved in my match history.
I then went into another match like normal as Paige (Match ID: 57043547) played through the entire match with no issue, then went to play another and was told I was banned again? I literally have no idea what is happening at this point. Even when a match is safe to leave because the game crashed you still get panelized for it.
I want to be a part of this community and give feedback, but punishing players because the game is unfinished is pushing me to spend my free time elsewhere.
