Hello, I have just been banned from entering a match for 30 minutes because of what must be a bug.
I was playing a match, we were certain the lose, and one of my team's players quit. As far as I have always seen, if a player from either team quits the match, everyone else can quit without a penalty (which I think is good).
When I quit, I was taken straight into Sandbox mode, which has never happened before. When I tried to leave it, it said I would be banned for leaving, which doesn't make sense as it is a solo mode for practicing, and I have always been able to enter and exit that mode freely.
I left the Sandbox mode, and now I have a 30 minute match temporary ban preventing me from playing.
This seems like a pretty serious bug.
The only thing I did differently, was I was in the Heroes menu when I was taken into the match, with a hero selected (a different hero to what I was matchmade to use).
