Temp banned when I never get to join matches + Crashes on startup

Whenever I start a queue and find a game, It's possible to get sent back to the hideout instead of loading the match. You get the option of reconnecting or abandoning. However, reconnecting does nothing and you have to restart the game. If I'm lucky enough the game does restart and I can rejoin before the game kicks everyone and the match not starting. though most of the time, the game will crash immediately after showing the valve logo several times. It's enough time to get banned for technically leaving the match. If I don't get to join the match, I have to abandon it and that of course leads to me getting banned.

I'm unsure of why this exactly happens but it's incredibly frustrating to be put into low-prio queue and get banned when it's not your fault. As far as I know, these 2 bugs haven't been addressed for months now. If anyone knows a fix for the game crashes, please tell me.

a few months of this bug, the devs dont fucking care at all. no replies to the threads concerning this. not even a thumbs up or a fuckign patch note saying "we will fix this". im getting thrown in multiple fuckign dogshit low priority queue lobbies when i havent ever left a game early or abandoned a match.
commenting this on every thread to show they dont care
