Temp ban when closing game while queued

Closed the game before queue popped. Went and took a shower. Came back and received a two hour temp ban.

HELP!!! the same thing happened to me. this is the second time. its really upsetting that I cant play!

same. just got on the discord and was told there is nothing that can be done. this sucks. fix the game or give people a way to get help.
