Playing as Infernus fighting in/around mid boss arena. Mid fight got slammed by Abrams into wall in the upper portion of the boss arena and immediately used Phantom Strike when cc ended. Seems as though the bug offender was the Phantom Strike teleporting into the wall when Abrams was directly against the wall. Unstuck/suicide then failed to work, and I was stuck in the wall until the end of the game.
