all damage over time effects spread to nearby enemies for 50% effectiveness applying on hit item de-buffs (half damage and duration)
Spread radius 6.5m (round up or down if preferred)
my opinion: I think late game damage over time characters/items are not as good as healbane doesn't keep enemies from regening their entire health bar, this at least adds a 'supportish' role as damage over time characters usually proc a negative status effect on top of DOT, that is very negligible, this would make the 'Debuff Reducer" better as well
