Items affected - Slowing Hex, Withering Whip, Alchemical Fire, Decay, Phantom Strike, Divine Barrier, Knockdown, Silence Glyph, Curse
Using targeted abilities like Warden's Binding Word on an enemy while holding left-click does not interrupt shooting. The same is true for un-targeted active items (e.g. Return Fire, Colossus). Hold left click while using abilities or items and you continue to shoot.
Pressing a targeted active item key (e.g. Slowing Hex, Withering Whip) now interrupts shooting and you must left-mouse up then down again to continue shooting (the annoying part). I first noticed this issue immediately after the big 24OCT update. Testing now in Sandbox mode, repro on all items listed at top.
