Talon Ult Does Not Give Stacks If It Kills

Pretty much the title. Getting the owl killing blow on bots in sandbox does not give +5 spirit since the grace period patch.
Funny enough, if the ult does NOT kill, you DO get the +5 if the target dies in the following 3 seconds.
