Tab upgrade shortcut is broken while dead

If you try to use Tab+1-4 to quick upgrade skills, it only works while alive, not while dead. You can upgrade skills normally while dead, just the shortcut is broken.

I second this. Clicking on the abilities to upgrade them still works though.

Bumping this, still an issue
