Tab Menu / Top UI Glitch in Brawl

I was playing a game of brawl and the tab menu and the player UI at the top was bugged - also sometimes after taking the zip at the beginning of the round, my player is glitched and can't move like it isn't getting any mouse/keyboard feedback but then ESC and everything works fine? but player wont move for like 2-3 seconds..

This feels like an evolution / mutation of the
"scoreboard-menu disabling keyboard"-issue,
which was really rampant back in October 2025:
