Passive: Same as Rebuttal
Active: Target an enemy hero. For the next 6 seconds, you both take 30% increased melee damage from each other, are slowed by 50% and neither of you can parry the other’s melee attacks. This debuff cannot be removed.
NOTE: This doesn't disable parry, but rather parry just doesn't work on the hero you casted it on if he punches you and if you punch him, he can't parry it.
