T4 Vitality Item - Slope Slider (and fleetfoot rebalance)

This item would build off of Fleetfoot

This item would add more ability to invest into stamina and sliding by giving fire rate and stamina regen

this would help fix the problem that Fleetfoot has of being the only way not to have the move speed penalty while shooting while also taking up both a gun slot and an active slot and being a 1250 item

not sure if fleetFoots on gun category is issue, yea this sounds logical to have speed buff in vitality but there is alreay many use cases for this item and builds. for example on melee abrams this is always take item because of melee cancel synergy with melee charge.
Also additional slide distance can be broken on vyper. As i remember from hero lab vyper - it can slide infinity after some items what give slide distance. Not sure if hero was changed or this buff was removed from certant items.
