Mystic slow is a useless T2 item the upgrades into the situational t4 lightning scroll. Suppressor is a very useful T2 that I have to sell halfway through the game because it doesn't upgrade? Nonsense- those two t2s are counterparts and there should be a t4 suppressor. Thoughts?
