Drain 5% of your soul value per second to gain the following Stat bonuses (Increase the Stats gained by (0.003%) of your soul count when initially activated.)
+5% Ability Range
+5% Spirit Power
+5% Cooldown Reduction
+5% Spirit Resistance
+0.5 Move Speed

This effect can not be toggled off, and will persist through resurrection effects. (The only way to stop it is either going broke or truly dying without rejuv or victor ult.)

(The 5% per second, and stat increase is reflected off of the initial soul value when the item is first casted. For example if you cast while at 6400 souls, it would cost you 320 souls per second.)

Example: If Activated while at $6400 Souls gain the following:
+24% Ability Range
+24% Spirit Power
+24% Cooldown Reduction
+24% Spirit Resistance
+9.5 Move Speed

The idea is that it would be insanely strong item for a single team fight, or at the very end game during long games where you're full build. but the cost is a insane trade off.

Either go broke, and lose out on other item spikes - but possibly change the tide of a fight with the insane stat increase; or have that pure stat bonus during extremely drawn out games. Catered to Spirit Builds.

As I understand, the item gives you bonus stats for 20 seconds, which depend on amount of souls you have in the activation moment?
Pretty much 20 seconds, but if you're getting souls from kills - killing a bunch of enemy troopers, urns etc... it would be extended until depleted or you die.

Honestly, could increase the soul ratio even further - to justify the trade off

For some reason, initially I thought that those bonuses are permanent. It took me to read once more to understand it correctly.

I think that bonus stats should have upper limitations. Don't wanna see someone with 100% of Spirit Resist/Cooldown Reduction.

Spirit Resistance doesn't stack additively, so it has diminishing returns -aka would never happen + you'd need to spend a obscene amount of souls to get such high values

The limitation would be the soul ratio - like even at 20k souls, the bonus stats would only be 60%... and while insane - it would never happen, unless you straight up didn't buy items or the game reached insanely long times

That's also why i would justify a even higher soul ratio - just because of how insanely high the trade off is - especially if you dont die

Yeah, it is. But if you don't have any item that gives Spirit Resist, 100% is possible.

You might be right. To get some crazy stats, you have to spend crazy amount of souls.
