- When used, select a enemy hero to disguise as. While disguised the enemy team will view you as one of their own unless a attack, melee or ability is casted. The first attack, melee or abilities casted while behind a enemy, will 20 spirit damage over time (scaling with 0.05 spirit), and allows you to see them through walls.

That's funny idea. The item only changes your model to someone of enemies one?
I think in disguise, any interactions with enemies or their objectives should be as you really were on their side. For example, you can use their part of ziplines, their creeps, guards and etc. don't attack you, you can get healed or buffed by enemies (Healing Nova or Viscous Cube)
