The title scared me at first... Honestly though your inclusion of - bullet damage might be one of the best ways to balance this! Such a good idea.

We absolutely need more trade off items like glass cannon and weighted shots, we especially need some for spirit, like an item where you imbue an ability and trade range for spirit power.

I really do feel like having more items like this would be fun. There are a bunch of really cool bullet items, but sometimes their equivalents are missing.

Spirit nukers need some way to be viable later game without being thanos midgame, because the build is very rigid for them

torment pulse - reverb - boundless, into witchmail and green items

An item like glass cannon that nerfs hp or even range, but gives more damage would be good to keep them viable later as an assassin nuker, or if they would rather round out into a bruiser they could keep going green items. Right now there is only one identity for close range spirit nukers late game, which is some bruiser

just finished a game where we had no gun carries, everyone on the enemy team built spirit resilience and spellbreaker--we lost lol
