
My goal with this was to provide a direct upgrade to a couple decently popular early weapon items without making it an instaslot on over half the gun characters, as well as adding a couple unique effects, those being the ammo refunding and decreased accuracy/increased spread.
The way I see this item balancing itself out is the active item slot requirement, and the downsides of using the active ability.
I am by no means a game designer or balancer so please provide balancing insight and other feedback, I just thought that there is no T3+ high ammo count item for those long games that just can't seem to end (outside of Vamp Burst but that bonus is only temporary.)
