This is a rework of my previous item concept.

Maybe I overcooked it a bit with the rework of this item, but anyway, I think I made some changes that were missing from the previous "Barbarian" 👀


Now this is a Weapon item, and the barrier can be stacked not only by dealing damage to enemy NPCs, but also to neutral ones.
Also, instead of regen out of combat, I added a chance to drop a medic pack when killing any NPC.
Reduced the damage required to get the barrier, but now the maximum barrier value is lower. (For example, killing 4 creeps in a lane will give you 120-160 barrier).
 
I don't mind this but frankly for farming items like battle vest suppressor monster rounds cultist sacrifice already exist so I don't understand what's the point

Also a chance to get a medpack on kill seems kinda crazy for a regular stat lol I think it would be more interesting to develop this concept into a t2 vitality item or something

I simply wanted to create an item that would force you to split push lanes more actively and benefit from it (for example, hitting a walker and getting a barrier from it)

I'm still unsure if it's a good idea to have the passive work on neutral creeps, because in the previous concept, it only worked against enemy NPCs (because I don't want you to just afk farm and get the bonuses from it)
