T3 Spirit Item - Mystic Mastery

that would be a bit too strong on heroes like pocket, where it would turn barrages 40% damage amp to almost 200% damage amp

Added a description, which should(hopefully) clarify that this will not work for any passive effect, like Pocket's dmg amp from his 1st skill, for example.

Drastically changed how the Passive would work, and Replaced +8% Spirit Resist with +10% Fire Rate.

Does something like pockets barrage count as 4 hits or just one. I assume the former.

For abilities like afterburn I assume you only get 1 stack once it procs. Same with minas love bites. Assuming passives work at all, which they might not.

I do like it, but instead of amp it could just give bonus flat damage, and a flat heal. This way it's more usable on heroes that don't have one specific ability to amp.

Edit: if it works on passives, it'd be kinda cool on haze, since she can get the stacks if she reaches 80 fixation, then she can use it on dagger.

edit2: it could always be imbued, and each stack grants you bonus damage/amp and life steal/heal. but you could always cast the ability at 3 stacks and still get a small boost. this way it works more as a way to buff a specific ability.

Yeah, its just one for Pocket's Barrage, otherwise, it'd be too easy to get the stacks.

For passive abilities like Infernus' Afterburn, yeah, it's once per proc. If it's for every tick, then he'd be healing and dealing extra dmg non-stop, which honestly sounds very scary.

On Haze's passive, uhh... idk, maybe. I do find it to be scary, if it does, tho.

Anyways, I changed the amp and lifesteal to flat bonus dmg and heal, like you suggested. I also reduced the Max Stacks from 4 to 3, so it should be faster to gain the bonus.

I think its weird to have boon scaling on a spirit item. I think it should be spirit scaling.

also how does this interact with damage over time abilities like shivs knives, or multihit abilities like barrage.

I do believe I intended it to be like, for one hit per ability cast. No more, no less. Otherwise, building stacks would be way, way too easy and, possibly broken, if any more hits than one counted(such as Shiv's knives and Pocket's barrage).

As for boon scaling, I thought it'd make sense to have the passive become stronger as the game progresses, or something along those lines. At least, that was the thought process for having boon instead of spirit.

But, what do I know. I might change it to Spirit scaling for next time.

V2.8

Changed from Boon scaling to Spirit scaling - x0.975 spirit scaling on Bonus damage and x0.3 spirit scaling on Heal.
