Swapp button cant fix

this error in sandbox. Reinstall game wasnt help.
Wasd button swap, another button have input lag

Same, it's not input lag, another buttons work only when you release the button, and tab and alt stuck and always pressed if i press them one time.

Ok, i fix this. But error is still being show.
I manually deleted all files. And then this problem gone.
One person who has same problem says that the "autoexec.cfg" file is to blame. Can try to remove him.
Actually not all problem gone...I cant shooting on bebop, and maybe another heroes, but its no matter for me, cuz all of my signature playeble
