While testing Graves' Grasping Hands to see if this bug was fixed after mini updates, I switched hero before the ability was over & the visuals disappeared at the appropriate time but the audio remained infinite within the same hideout session.
This was reproduced when I deliberately attempted it again, thus I assume it has a 100% reproduction rate.
