Diedrich; Skeletal Druglord. Basic story beats are that he uses souls as a drug product that he ships out to the masses, prolonged use of the drug causes their flesh to rot off, turning them into skeletons, which he then uses for his organized crime. His general appearance would be a golden skeleton with jewelry and a sleek cane that functions as a staff to channel bolts of spirit energy.
M1- Launch slow projectiles shaped like skeletal ghosts. Projectiles track targets generally to make up for the lack of speed in the shots. Shots would consist of spirit damage.
M2+M1- Launch a cluster of the spirit projectiles with slightly increased speed, better tracking, and a cooldown of about 3 seconds
1- Cast: Summon a skeleton enwreathed in team-colored spirit energy that will strike enemies near you, dealing melee damage; 1-1 Increase the number of available skeletons you can generate from 1->3; 1-2 Skeletons persist for 5 seconds after death, continuing to strike and pursue enemies in their vicinity; 1-3 Skeletons now explode when they expire, including upon death and after the time expires, dealing 75 spirit damage.
2- Cast: Aura Buff: Emit a ring of 15m that lasts for 12 seconds , giving increased spirit to melee attack and move speed. Allies recieve the move speed buff. Cooldown of 24 seconds; 2-1 Increase aura time from 12 seconds to 15 seconds; 2-2 increase radius to 17m, you and your allies recieve a boost in melee attack speed; 2-3 Apply 30 extra spirit damage per hit, give a temporary spirit shield to all who receive the buff for 3 seconds after cast.
3- Passive: Apply all characteristic altering effects from items to melee hits instead of your cane; 3-1 Your summoned skeletons recieve half of the applied buffs that you recieve; 2-3 You and your skeletons gain 30 spirit damage to hits; 3-3 Your summoned skeletons recieve all of the item effects at complete effectiveness.
4- Cast: Ultimate: Become engulfed in flaming spirits, gain a temporary spirit shield and bullet shield, increased dash speed and distance. Melee hits apply a move slow and attack slow, melee hits have a wider hit radius. Parrying deals slight damage to the attacker. Lasts for 17 seconds, Cooldown 130 seconds; 4-1 When cast, enemies in a radius become stunned momentarily; 4-2 Decrease cooldown to 100 seconds; 4-3 Increase slow duration for enemies hit with melee attacks, becoming parried deals slight damage to the blocker, and no longer stuns while using ultimate.
